All your family accounts, together

Current accounts, cards, cash, savings accounts, loans: in Rootfolio each account has its running balance, its transactions with search and attachments, and transfers between accounts don’t count as spending. The family’s total balance is always on the first page.

A yearly budget by category

Set how much you want to spend in a year for each category (groceries, car, school, holidays…) and Rootfolio compares it with what you actually spend, with a bar per category and the difference in your currency. Categories can have subcategories, such as Kids › Clothing or Home › Utilities.

Less manual work

• Import bank statements from PDF, screenshots or CSV: transactions are recognised automatically.
• Recurring transactions for rent, instalments and subscriptions.
• Suggested category based on the last one used for the same payee.
